These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made with Dudukwe Safaris and Tours. Your booking confirmation sets out the final details of your trip.
Quotes and bookings
Prices shown on this website are starting prices per person and are a guide only. A booking is confirmed when we issue written confirmation and receive the required deposit. The balance is due before travel, as stated in your confirmation.
What is included
Each itinerary lists what is and is not included. Items not listed, such as international flights, visas, insurance and gratuities, are the traveller's responsibility.
Itinerary changes
Wildlife, weather, road and park conditions can change. We may adjust routes, lodges or timings to keep you safe and to give the best experience, and we will offer comparable alternatives where possible.
Travel insurance and health
Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is required for all travellers, including cover for emergency medical evacuation. You are responsible for checking entry, visa and health requirements.
Safety and conduct
Follow your guide's instructions, park rules and wildlife viewing guidelines. We may refuse to continue a trip where a traveller's behaviour endangers others or the wildlife.
Liability
Travel into remote areas carries inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
