We understand plans change. The specific cancellation charges for your trip are stated in your booking confirmation. In general:
Cancelling by you
- Cancellation charges increase as your departure date approaches, because we commit to lodges, camps, permits and flights on your behalf.
- Please notify us in writing (email) so we can confirm the date of cancellation.
- Third-party charges, such as domestic flights and park fees already paid, may be non-refundable.
Changing your dates
Contact us as early as possible. Where lodges and camps allow, we will move your booking to new dates, subject to availability and any price difference.
Cancellation or changes by us
If we must cancel a trip for reasons within our control, we will offer a full refund or an alternative departure. We cannot be held responsible for costs arising from events beyond our control, which is why travel insurance is required.
